Our AC went out on labor day weekend. We thought for sure we were going to be out of luck due to the holiday, but it was fixed ASAP. The repairman was quick, professional and friendly. We have two young children, so what could have been a nightmare for us turned out to be a very minor issue due to the fast response and resolution of the problem.
