We have those same hours but we are available after hours as well. One member of our staff is always on call. We use a cutting-edge technology that sends messages to our smartphones so that anytime there is a repair request or inquiry, there are three of us in the office to receive these messages to our phones. This way, even if it is after hours, we are aware of what is going on with your property.
Advanced Training and Education
We are a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. This is the lead trade organization in the country for property management. We have been a member in good standing since 2011. We receive additional education and training from this affiliation so that we can stay up to date on the latest advances, technology, and skills.

We have a full-time maintenance technician who can handle over 90 percent of the repairs that need to be done. We can even do additional projects such as flooring and upgrades to the property. If it is beyond our scope, we have an HVAC technician as well as electrical and plumbing technicians that we can reach out to. Because of these excellent relationships, we get excellent service.
We Value Communication
We place a high value on communication with our clients and with our tenants. We pick up more properties from other property management companies because they fail to communicate with the owners. We always know what’s going on with your property and you will always receive copies of any repair or maintenance requests. You will always see the exact words used by the tenant to describe the issue so you always know what is happening at your investment home. This way, there are no surprises.
We have an electronic portal for our owners as well as our tenants. This is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. When an inquiry is put in through the portal, it comes directly to our smartphones so we are aware of it even if it’s after hours.
