Appfolio is the software we use that really does the heavy lifting of our property management. Tenants are allowed to pay their rent online and we also pay our property owners directly to their bank accounts. Repair requests are sent to our laptops and also come to our phones. We are always connected and available, and we always know what is going on with your property. This leads to better management.

Benefits and Advantages of Rently

Rently is a relatively new service that we adopted which allows us to have properties shown more quickly. Vacant properties can be self-shown to prospective tenants in a secure manner because they provide their individual information to Rently along with a credit card number. Rently.com generates a one-time random code that is only good for one particular time on a particular day. Therefore, the showing is more secure and easily trackable. It tracks their entrance and their exit and sends them a questionnaire for their immediate feedback.

This allows us to quickly follow up and provide application information for those who may want to move in. It leads to faster rentals because the sooner a prospect can see the home, the sooner the property will be rented.

Docusign for Paperwork

Docusign is a software system that allows us to get electronic signatures on leases and property management agreements.
