We’ve been managing our own personal properties since all the way back in 1988 and in that time we’ve learned a tremendous amount. We first became licensed in 1999 and since 2003 have proudly helped both tenants and property owners in and around the Charlotte Metro area accomplish all of their goals – and more – in the industry that we know and love so much. We’re also licensed in South Carolina, meaning that there are truly no limits to the level of assistance that we can provide.
